Leadership Academy is Tower’s most complete leadership development program. It gives your leaders the structure, coaching, and daily reinforcement they need to grow throughout the entire year.
This is the program that builds the leaders who build the practice.
How the 2026 Cohort Works
For 2026, we are returning to the cohort model that produced the strongest results. Participants develop together across twelve months through consistent learning, coaching, and implementation.

Meet Your Host: Brian Hunter
Brian Hunter will lead the 2026 Leadership Academy cohort.
He has coached hundreds of leaders inside the Tower community and consistently receives exceptional feedback for his clarity, energy, and practical approach to leadership development.
Brian brings a mix of accountability, enthusiasm, and hands-on coaching that helps participants apply what they learn and see measurable changes in how they lead.

Program Details
- Twelve-month cohort: January through December
- Four in person events on select Fridays: January 30, April 17, July 17, October 2
- Session logistics: Registration at 8am EST and end between 4-5pm EST.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if my participant misses a session?
They will still receive the monthly coaching video and daily leadership text prompts. We encourage participants to block all four dates now, but one absence will not remove them from the program.
What if my participant leaves the practice?
We will work with you on the next steps. You may assign a replacement, so your practice continues to benefit from the seat. The new participant can attend remaining sessions and make up earlier content the following year if needed.
Do participants receive support between sessions?
Yes. Participants receive monthly coaching videos from Brian, and daily leadership text prompts from January through December, along with a workbook and structured exercises.
Can multiple people from the same practice enroll?
Yes. Many practices enroll several emerging leaders to grow their leadership bench at the same time.
Is this appropriate for current leaders and new leaders?
Where are the sessions held?
All four sessions take place at the Tower Leadership Event Center in Atlanta near The Battery.
